Great location for exploring the area. Enjoyed the art gallery and designer stores, felt like shopping while on vacation. Safety features made me feel so secure, I could sleep soundly.if the bed was more comfortable.
The bed felt like a torture device, made me appreciate the medieval era. Who needs a good night's sleep anyway?

The delightful vintage charm of the hotel's decor instantly transported me back in time, invoking a sense of nostalgia. From the tastefully designed common areas to the cozy sitting corners, the hotel exuded elegance from a bygone era. The accessibility for senior people was remarkable, with well-maintained ramps and spacious corridors that made getting around effortless. I truly felt like a cherished guest in a grand residence.
While the staff at the reception were warm and accommodating, I wished the children working there had a bit more knowledge of the local attractions. It would have been helpful to receive recommendations tailored to the interests of senior visitors like myself.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spaciousness of the hotel, from the reception area to the dining rooms. The room we stayed in was also quite lofty, with a balcony providing a great view. The staff was welcoming and super friendly, always ready with a cheerful word. the location of the hotel was ideal, situated on the main street close to restaurants.
While we had a generally pleasant stay, there were a few areas that could be improved. We found someone else's hair in our bathroom, which was a bit off-putting.
